Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
Dropmotion (“we”, “us”) is a web app at dropmotion.io that generates animations in your browser and exports them as video or image files. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Plans
- Free — every generator, unlimited 240p exports with a dropmotion.io watermark, PNG stills. No account needed.
- Pack — US$3 one-time for 10 HD exports (no watermark). A credit is used only when an HD export completes. Credits don’t expire.
- Unlimited — US$9 per month or US$49 per year: unlimited HD and 4K exports and saved brand colours. Renews automatically until you cancel.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are in US dollars; Paddle adds sales tax, VAT or GST where required.
Cancelling
Cancel Unlimited anytime from Account → Manage billing on the site, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew.
Your content
Text, logos and photos you add stay on your device; rendering happens in your browser. You own the files you export and may use them commercially, including in monetised videos, ads, live streams and client work. You’re responsible for having the rights to anything you upload (logos, photos, trademarks).
Acceptable use
Don’t use Dropmotion to make unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, don’t try to break or overload the service, and don’t resell the generators themselves as a competing service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Service and liability
Dropmotion is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct but can’t guarantee every browser will export every format. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users.
Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your uploads: nothing. Images, logos and text you add are processed in your browser and never sent to us.
- Account: if you sign in (with email and password, Google or Apple), your email address, your plan, your remaining HD credits, saved brand colours and the Paddle customer/subscription IDs that link your purchases.
- Payments: handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details. See Paddle’s privacy policy.
- Technical: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies
One strictly necessary cookie, dm, keeps you signed in for 30 days (plus a 10-minute dm_st cookie while sign-in is in progress). No advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle’s checkout sets its own cookies while it’s open.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting and database), Paddle (payments, tax, invoices) and WorkOS (sign-in: it stores passwords securely and runs Google and Apple sign-in — we never store your password). We don’t sell personal data.
Your rights
Email us to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account. We delete account data on request, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Refund Policy
Last updated 28 October 2026
If Dropmotion isn’t right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of any purchase — Pack, the first month of Unlimited, or a yearly renewal. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by emailing us. Refunded Unlimited plans end straight away.
